Our Logo

The Village logo was designed in 2024 by WHS student, Chloe Mete and represents the connection each of our schools, our families, students and staff have with our home in Shellharbour.

Chloe's design draws inspiration from each member school's colours and emblems, while also reflecting the Shellharbour area and the deep connection our community has with the beach and ocean.

Aligning our community of schools with our local area was an important aspect of the design and through bouy motif we communicated our unwavering support for our community, the constant of education and our plan for every student from Kindergarten to Year 12.

At the heart of The Village Community of Schools is our dedication to foster a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that inspires academic excellence, personal growth, and community engagement, providing all of our students with a world class education from Kindergarten through to Year 12.

The Village Community of Schools, made up of Warilla High School, Warilla Public School, Barrack Heights Public School, Flinders Public School, Shellharbour Public School and Shell Cove Public School, unites to shape the educational journey of our students, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and values essential for success in an ever-evolving world.

Our mission is threefold:

• Academic Excellence: We are committed to providing a rigorous and holistic education that challenges and empowers every student to reach their full potential. Through sharing and collaborating on innovative teaching methods, a rich curriculum, and a supportive learning environment, we aim to instil a lifelong love for learning and critical thinking skills across our schools.
