Services
The Teacher Librarian and two Library Assistants can help you with advice and assistance in accessing the collection of print materials, audio-visual resources and online resources.
Opening Hours
8.00am to 2:45pm. Longer hours can be organised if arranged with the Teacher Librarian in advance.
Borrowing
- Books – most can be borrowed for 2 weeks
- Reference books, videos and magazines available for overnight loan. Arrange this with Library staff beforehand.
- Online access is available to the Library catalogue.
- If you have not finished your book by the due date, bring it into RENEW it.
Computers
- Can be used for school work/assignments before school and during breaks. Arrange this with the Library staff
- Recreational use of some of the computers during breaks. You need to book on the sheet in the Library
- Access to Databases and online encyclopaedia can be found in the Internet Links on the WHS Home Page
- Access to printers for assignments & homework.
